I believe that everyone deserves quality support during all of life’s transitions and I have made that my passion.
I believe that everyone knows what is best for themselves and their body, and that they should have access to professional support that agrees.
Becoming a full spectrum doula happened organically for me and over the years I have learned how much impact can be made just by showing up for your community. I believe in breaking down barriers to healing and wellness, so I meet people where they are with empathy, respect and a trauma informed lens. In addition to doula work I also teach childbirth education, host workshops for support professionals and facilitate peer support groups. When I'm not working I'm at home in my garden with my dogs and my partner, cooking, herb crafting, reading, meditating or volunteering on RAINN's online hotline as crisis support.
Below are some of the trainings, workshops and certifications that I have completed.
