Becoming a doula happened organically for me. Over the years I have learned how much impact can be made by providing support in my community. I believe in breaking down barriers to healing and wellness so I try my best to meet people where they are with empathy, respect and a trauma informed lens. In addition to doula work I also teach childbirth education, host workshops for support professionals and facilitate peer support groups. When I'm not working I'm at home in my garden with my dogs and my partner, cooking, studying herbalism, reading, meditating or volunteering on RAINN's online hotline as crisis support.

Below are some of the trainings, workshops and certifications that I have completed.
